Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all returns must be made within 14 days. Refunds or exchange cannot be made if a claim is received after the 14 Day period. Being delicious food items, the majority of our goods are perishable and exempt from being returned. However, this is not the case for all items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Like most retailers, we insist on all goods being returned in the original packaging. Please enclose a receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and advise on the next steps.
If your return is approved, we will process your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You will see the transaction in line with the terms and conditions of your credit card company.
Late or missing refunds
We aim to provide you with an immediate refund and apologise if this takes a little time through the banking community. If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these simple steps:
Debit Card:
- Check your bank account allowing 3-4 days for the transaction.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@jorgedeli.co.uk.
Credit Card:
Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is processed through their system.
Sale Items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@jorgedeli.co.uk and send your item to the returns address below.
