Jorge's Lemon & Corriander Hummus

Ingredients:

1 400g tin chickpeas
- 1 clove garlic

1 tbsp tahini paste

1 Small Bunch Corriander

1 tbsp zaatar
Method:
- Drain the chickpeas and add them to a food processor.
- Peel the garlic and add it to the food processor along with the chickpeas, tahini, and lemon juice. Blitz until smooth.
- Drizzle in the olive oil while the food processor is running, until you reach your desired consistency.
- Spoon the hummus onto a plate or dish and make a shallow well in the center.
- Drizzle with more lemon oil and zaatar.
- Sprinkle over pomegranate seeds and finely chopped coriander ribbons.
